The controller is established in the USA: your data are processed there and on the servers of the providers listed below.
What data we process
Those you enter in the “Start a project” form: your name, your brand or company, your email and what you tell us about the project (what you want to create, goals, timing, approximate budget, references and details). If you email us, your address and what you write.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and your browser’s technical data to serve the pages and protect them. When you send the form, it also uses your IP to limit the number of submissions and stop abuse. We do not store it with your request.
Why we use them and on what legal basis
- Answering your request and, if you ask for it, preparing and managing a proposal: the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, if you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in handling its request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 19 of the Spanish data protection act, LOPDGDD).
- Protecting the website and the form against abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping them secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Measuring visits and our campaigns: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in “Cookie settings”.
We do not make automated decisions that affect you, and we will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
How long
- If you do not become a client: 2 years from your last contact, after which we delete them.
- If you become a client: while the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods the law requires, such as six years for contracts and invoices.
Deletion covers every copy: the studio’s panel, the form’s database, the email inbox and Brevo.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties. They are processed on our behalf, as processors, by:
- Cloudflare: hosts the website, receives the form, stores the request and forwards us the email sent to hi@wearevetro.com.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sends the replies we write to you from hi@wearevetro.com.
- Google: only if you accept, measures visits and our campaigns.
The studio’s email is on Gmail, a Google service that runs under its own terms: that is where your messages and the notice of each request arrive.
If you choose to load the Spotify player in the showroom, Spotify AB (Sweden) receives your IP address and may use its cookies, under its own terms.
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the USA, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or of standard contractual clauses; Brevo processes them in the EU. You can ask for a copy of these safeguards at hi@wearevetro.com.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hi@wearevetro.com. We will look for your data everywhere it is kept: the studio’s panel, the form’s database, the email inbox and Brevo. If you believe we are not handling them properly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This website stores in your browser what it needs to work, such as the language you choose and your choice about cookies. Only if you accept, it also uses Google cookies and a marker of its own to measure visits and our campaigns; with marketing cookies, Google may use your visit to measure and personalize its ads. The table in the cookie policy lists them all, with how long they last.
